The Separation will start from Chapter 543 of the original Bleach manga

Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Separation, will continue to bring to life the epic final arc of Tite Kubo’s manga. Originally serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump starting in 2001, the Bleach manga concluded in August 2016 after an impressive run of 74 volumes. The Thousand-Year Blood War arc, spanning 19 volumes in total, remains a highly anticipated storyline. The first part of the anime adaptation only managed to cover around 5 volumes of this captivating arc, leaving fans eagerly awaiting the continuation of the story in the second part.
