“Bleach: Thousand Year Blood” proved to be a standout anime in 2023, with its gripping second part, titled “The Separation,” culminating in an emotionally charged and epic finale. Studio Pierrot wasted no time in announcing the sequel to this phenomenal series.

This adaptation of Tite Kubo’s beloved manga “Bleach” originally aired from October 2004 to March 2012, concluding without covering the manga’s final arc. Fans of the franchise were overjoyed when a new anime emerged in 2022, dedicated to completing the project. Now, with the first two parts successfully concluded, anticipation is building for the second half, set to make a significant impact in the anime-rich landscape of 2024.

Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 Confirmed With 2024 Release Date

Viz Media’s official X account has just unveiled a breathtaking and intense teaser for the upcoming third installment of “Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War – The Conflict.” This one-minute teaser provides a thrilling glimpse into the imminent showdown between the primary antagonist, Yhwach, and Ichibe, the captain of Squad Zero, promising an epic confrontation that rivals the much-anticipated Yhwach versus Yamamoto battle. Additionally, the teaser teases Ichigo and his companions as they charge into the castle of the Soul King, which subsequently crumbles in the wake of their entrance. The teaser does a commendable job of setting the stage for the eagerly awaited sequel, vividly capturing the impending violence and action.

To further stoke excitement, the anime’s official website has released a key visual, featuring Uryu Ishida, the future Quincy King, poised with his bow drawn against a striking blue backdrop. Given the limited action Uryu has seen in this season, fans can anticipate a more prominent role for him in the next part, where he will likely showcase his newfound powers. While an exact release date remains undisclosed, the series is slated for 2024. Fans can anticipate an announcement, most likely during the 2024 Jump Festa, where “Bleach” will take center stage.

Bleach fans recently enjoyed a spectacular finale, featuring two consecutive episodes that left them eagerly anticipating the next chapter in the series. As we look ahead to 2024, with an impressive anime lineup on the horizon, featuring exciting newcomers like “Solo Leveling” and “Kaiju No. 8,” the upcoming season of “Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War” remains a strong contender for headlining the year. This expectation is rooted in the exceptional quality that the series has consistently delivered thus far, keeping fans eagerly engaged.

A Look At The New Visual For The Anime Featuring Uryu Ishida

Studio Pierrot holds the distinction of producing the initial television anime adaptation of Tite Kubo’s “BLEACH” manga. This adaptation originally aired from October 2004 to March 2012, spanning a total of 366 episodes. VIZ Media secured the English licensing rights for the series and this is how they describe the BLEACHTYBWA story:

“The peace is suddenly broken when warning sirens blare through the Soul Society. Residents there are disappearing without a trace and nobody knows who’s behind it, meanwhile, a dark shadow is also extending itself toward Ichigo and his friends in Karakura Town…”
